RENTAL COMMISSION STRUCTURE & RELATED SERVICES

Option A: Finder’s fee @ 7% of the lease value plus VAT (Lease value: Monthly rental amount x number of months x 7% plus VAT).

  • This includes the services mentioned under Listing & procurement above.
  • The landlord is responsible to invest the deposit in an interest bearing account.
  • All property related matters are managed by the landlord and the tenant, in accordance to the contract, including the extension, termination and early cancellation of the lease agreement.

Option B: Finder’s fee @ 7% of the lease value plus VAT and Rental Management fee @ 10% of the monthly rental plus VAT.

  • This includes the services mentioned under Listing & procurement above.
  • This includes the services mentioned under Property administration.
  • The deposit is held by the agent.

Option B: Finder’s fee @ 7% of the lease value plus VAT and Financial Management fee @ 5% of the monthly rental plus VAT.

  • This includes the services mentioned under Listing & procurement above.
  • This includes the services mentioned under Property administration.
  • This excludes all maintenance related management, apart from liaising between landlord and tenant. All maintenance will be communicated to the landlord and tenant, either directly or via the agent, with all further arrangements being done directly between the landlord, tenant and contractors.
