within the metropolis with various access routes and national roadways
connecting them to the outlaying suburbs.
The Cape
Town Central Business District (CBD) contains the majority of office space and job opportunities
with regional offices of many National and International Corporations.
Situated at the harbour, import/export businesses prefer to position
their offices close by. As some people call it “The New York of South
Africa”, Sea Point and the surrounding Atlantic Seaboard, offers much in
the area of nightlife and entertainment, with bustling restaurants,
cafés and bars stretching from the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront all the
way to Camps Bay & Clifton.
Century
City is the newest addition to the business areas in Cape Town, with a
vibrant lifestyle and ample residential opportunities to choose from.
With office parks that are within walking distance from Canal Walk, the
biggest retail Shopping Centre in the Western Cape, your office can be
part of the Century City lifestyle and experience. It is located
adjacent to the N1 towards the Cape Town CBD, with access routes
from the N1 and Bosmansdam Road. Many national companies have moved
their offices from the Cape Town CBD to the more convenient Century City development, with a lifestyle change to match. Montague Gardens and Killarney Gardens are situated just
north of Century City, with a wide variety of commercial and industrial
buildings to choose from. The well established occupants use the central
location for warehousing and distribution, whereas Killarney Gardens
caters for smaller commercial and light industrial needs.
Bellville/Tyger Valley has been the business hub of the Northern Suburbs in Cape Town for many
years, with well established residential areas surrounding it. Centrally
located within the Northern Suburbs it serves as the preferred business
district for many businesses servicing the surrounding rural and
agricultural areas. The Tyger Waterfront development is known for having
AAA Grade Office space, with residential accommodation nearby in the
various apartment buildings around the waterfront. The older Voortrekker
Road in Bellville is seen as the “Main Road’ of business in Bellville with many national companies having their Head Office’s
located there. Shopping Centres Tyger Valley and Willow Bridge
are just off Durban Road and small commercial and industrial area Stikland close by. The Cape Town International Airport is
easily accessible from the Northern Suburbs with many surrounding
industrial areas to choose from. Epping Industrial, Parow Indrustria and Airport Industria are just a few of the areas in
the immediate vicinity of the airport. These also have ample access to
the N1, N2 and N7 main roads.

Area in South Africa, many businesses related to the wine industry have
interests in the small town nestled in the Jonkershoek Valley. Many
successful business owners have settled in Stellenbosch with
their business ventures also having their base of operations set as Stellenbosch. Techno Park just off the R44 houses some of the most
